MemorialsWhat is a QiYuan memorial page?
A memorial page is a gentle digital space to honor someone (or a beloved pet) through a name, story, photos, and tributes. You can choose Public, Private (link-only), or Invite-only access.
PrivacyCan I make a memorial private or invite-only?
Yes. When you create a memorial you can choose:
  • Public: searchable and shareable
  • Private: accessible only via the link
  • Invite-only: extra control for sharing within a small group
MemorialsHow fast will my memorial be published?
Most memorial pages are published within 24 hours. If something needs clarification (missing info, file issue), we’ll email you.
MemorialsCan family members contribute photos or tributes?
Yes. For Premium/Family plans we can enable multiple contributors. For Free pages, you can still collect tributes and send them to us to publish.

Practices (Lamps / Dedications / Reflection)

PracticesWhat are “Lamps” and how do they work?
Lamps are symbolic offerings for cultural remembrance. You choose a duration (e.g., 1 / 3 / 7 / 15 days), submit a dedication name/message, then proceed to checkout.
PracticesWhat is a “Dedication”?
A dedication is a written intention (name + message) submitted for remembrance. Some users submit dedications for observance days (e.g., Qingming, Ullambana) or for living blessings (health, peace).
PracticesDo you claim religious or spiritual results?
No. QiYuan provides cultural remembrance and mindfulness services only. We do not claim spiritual efficacy, miracles, or guaranteed outcomes.
OrdersWill I receive proof or documentation?
Where photography is permitted, we may provide a photo or screenshot. Where not permitted, we provide written confirmation and/or a PDF record depending on the service.

Orders & Delivery

OrdersHow do I purchase a practice (lamp/chanting/plaques)?
Go to Practices or Temple Offerings, choose an option, fill in the dedication details, then proceed to checkout. The details are stored as line-item properties in your order.
OrdersCan I request changes after ordering?
If your request hasn’t been fulfilled yet, we can usually adjust names/messages. Please contact support as soon as possible with your order number.
OrdersDo you offer refunds?
If a service has not started/been fulfilled, we can typically help. If it has already been fulfilled, refunds may be limited. Please contact support and we’ll review case-by-case.

Privacy & Safety

PrivacyDo you sell or share my data?
We do not sell personal data. We use your information to deliver your page, fulfill orders, and provide support. For sensitive memorials, consider using Private/Invite-only mode.
SafetyHow do you handle inappropriate content?
We may remove content that violates basic safety standards (hate, harassment, explicit abuse, illegal content). If you see an issue, contact support with the page link.

Troubleshooting

TroubleshootingThe page link is blank or doesn’t load. What should I do?
Try refreshing, then try a different browser or private window. If it’s still blank, message support with the page URL and a screenshot.
TroubleshootingCheckout says variant unavailable or out of stock.
That usually means the option is temporarily unavailable in Shopify. Please choose another option or contact support and we’ll fix the listing.
TroubleshootingI submitted a memorial but didn’t receive an email.
Check spam/junk, then wait up to 24 hours. If you still don’t see it, contact support with the email you used and the honoree name.
