What is Qiyuan and what services do you offer?
Answer:
Qiyuan is a platform to create beautiful cloud memorial pages and request Buddhist-inspired offerings (lotus, incense, flowers, oil) with 48-hour concierge fulfillment and proof.
What is a cloud memorial page?
Answer:
A private or public online tribute where family and friends keep photos, stories, and blessings in one place. Visibility can be private, link-only, or public.
Who can create or visit a memorial page?
Answer:
Anyone can create a memorial. Visitors can view and contribute according to the privacy level you set.
2) Creating & Managing Memorials
How do I create a memorial page?
Answer:
Go to Start Memorial, enter the name/date/location and a short dedication, then add photos and publish.
Can I edit or delete a memorial later?
Answer:
Yes—edit text/photos/privacy anytime. For export or deletion, contact support and we’ll assist within 48 hours.
Is there a fee?
Answer:
Memorial creation is free to start. Offerings are optional and pay-as-you-wish tiers ($9.90 / $19.90 / $49.90). Bundles for the seventh week, 100th day, and anniversaries are available.
3) Security & Privacy
Is my data private?
Answer:
Yes. We never sell or share personal data. Proof materials are stored 7–30 days for verification and then deleted on request. See our Privacy Policy.
Who can see or post on my page?
Answer:
You control access (private, link-only, public) and who can post messages or media.
Content takedown
Answer:
Report any issue to support; we review and act within 48 hours.
4) Buddhist & Spiritual Products
Do you still sell physical items?
Answer:
Yes, as optional add-ons. Our main service is the memorial and concierge offerings.
Authenticity
Answer:
Items are sourced from trusted suppliers and artisans; availability may vary by region and season.
5) Ordering & Shipping
How do offerings work at checkout?
Answer:
Select an offering (lotus, incense, flowers, oil) and an amount. We fulfill within 48 hours and email a certificate with optional photo/video. If filming is not allowed, we provide the venue receipt and a written note.
Payment methods
Answer:
We accept major cards and Shopify-supported wallets.
Is shipping required?
Answer:
No shipping for offerings. Shipping applies only to physical items (see Shipping Policy).
6) Returns & Customer Support
Refund policy for offerings
Answer:
Full refund if we cannot fulfill within 48 hours (or the agreed date) or cannot reasonably complete your request. You can cancel before fulfillment by replying to your order email.
Returns for physical items
Answer:
Unopened items may be returned within 30 days. See our Refund Policy for details.
How to contact support

7) Special Services
Can I choose a specific date (7th-week, 100th-day, anniversary)?
Answer:
Yes. Select a date at checkout or reply to your confirmation email. If we can’t meet the exact time, we’ll propose the nearest slot or refund.
Group or family projects
Answer:
We support group memorials and weekly “Group Lighting”. Contact us for coordination.
Animal-release (fangsheng)
Answer:
We do not arrange animal release due to ecological risks. We offer “Compassion Actions” instead (e.g., donations to certified shelters) and supply receipts.
8) Other Questions
Are offerings tax-deductible?
Answer:
No. Offerings are personal spiritual services and are not charitable donations for tax purposes.
Which countries/venues do you serve?
Answer:
Worldwide via partner venues and concierge visits where permitted. If your city isn’t available, we’ll propose alternatives or refund.

FAQ
Do you ship physical items?
No. We provide digital memorial services and temple‑offering coordination. Photo (when allowed) or written proof & PDF are delivered by email within 48h.
What proof will I receive?
Photo of the lamp/offerings with dedication (when allowed) or a written/receipt proof with temple info, plus a PDF certificate.
Refund policy?
If we cannot perform within 48h or you don’t accept any surcharge from a specific‑temple/festival request, we will cancel and refund. Once an offering has been completed, refunds aren’t available.
Privacy?
We blur other names if needed and follow venue rules. Public memorials are free and non‑commercial.
