  • Memorial page URL (if already published)
  • Issue description + screenshots (if possible)
  • Your preferred outcome (edit, resend link, refund eligibility check, etc.)

3) Quick Troubleshooting

  • Didn’t receive emails? Check spam/junk and whitelist @qiyuanmemorial.com. Then request a resend.
  • Can’t open the memorial link? Try Incognito/Private window or add ?v=1 to the URL to refresh cache.
  • Edits needed? Minor text/image fixes are free within a reasonable period after publishing.
  • Payment duplicated? We’ll verify and refund any duplicate charges in full.

  • Digital memorial pages and add-ons (no physical shipping)
  • Visibility: public, unlisted, or private/invite-only (depending on plan)
  • Optional rush publishing—subject to availability
