Digital memorial & temple‑offering coordination service.

• Before execution: If we cannot perform within 48h, or you decline a surcharge resulting from a specific‑temple or festival request, we will cancel and refund in full.
• After execution: Completed offerings and published memorials are non‑refundable.
• Errors (duplicate order, wrong selection) — contact us ASAP; if not yet executed we’ll cancel or amend.
