What you receive (documentation)

We prioritize transparency so you can have peace of mind.

  • Photo documentation (when permitted by the venue)
  • PDF record (date, honoree name if provided, and your dedication message)
  • If photography is not allowed: a venue receipt and/or written confirmation
  • Timeline: Delivered by email within 48 hours after fulfillment

  2. We facilitate: Our team arranges the request in accordance with on-site rules and local guidelines.
  3. We deliver proof: Receive your photo/PDF documentation within 48 hours after fulfillment.

  • Independent status: We are not affiliated with any venue. We respect quiet hours and restricted areas.
  • Respectful boundaries: We do not sell services tied to specific real-world disasters or public tragedies.

No. We are a third-party facilitation service and are not affiliated with any venue.
Do I need to follow a religion to use this?
No. These offerings are presented as cultural remembrance for families of all backgrounds.
Can I choose a specific venue?
You may share a preference; otherwise we can suggest a suitable option where available.
What if photography is not allowed?
We provide a venue receipt and/or written confirmation instead.
What if the request cannot be fulfilled?
If we cannot fulfill within the stated timeframe, you may choose a full refund or reschedule.
Are there festival surcharges?
If applicable, we confirm any surcharge by email before proceeding.
Is my data private?
We never sell personal data. Verification materials are stored for 30 days for download, then deleted (or deleted earlier upon request).
Can I edit my dedication message after ordering?
