These Terms, together with our Refund Policy, Digital Delivery Policy, and Documentation Policy, form the complete agreement between you and Qiyuan Memorial.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law

3. Services & Scope

• We provide digital memorial pages and related offerings, including optional cultural remembrance facilitation where available
• Service timing and delivery details are described on the relevant service pages and in our Refund Policy and Digital Delivery Policy
• Service availability, features, and content formats may change as we improve the platform or due to third-party/venue requirements

4. Memorial Page Visibility & Sharing

You are responsible for choosing appropriate visibility settings and for managing invitations and contributors. For Private pages, we cannot guarantee that third parties won't crawl or share links you've distributed.

5. Orders, Pricing & Payments

• Prices are shown at checkout and may change at any time prior to purchase
• Taxes and fees may apply depending on your location and will be displayed at checkout when applicable
• By placing an order, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method
• All payments are processed securely through Shopify's checkout system

6. Cancellations, Edits & Refunds

Refund eligibility and process are defined in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Key points:

• 100% refund guaranteed if remembrance offerings cannot be fulfilled within the stated timeframe
• Minor text and image edits are free for 48 hours after your memorial page goes live
• After the 48-hour window, you may still request updates through Support; fulfillment time may vary
• We may refuse or remove content that is unlawful, infringing, unsafe, deceptive, or otherwise violates these Terms

7. Remembrance Offerings & Documentation

Documentation timeline:

Receive photo or PDF documentation within 48 hours after service fulfillment at the venue. "Fulfillment" means the offering is completed at the venue — not the purchase time.

Photography restrictions:

Where photography is prohibited, we provide an official receipt or written confirmation instead.

Venue considerations:

Venue rules, schedules, quiet hours, and festival periods may affect access, documentation format, and operational logistics. We follow local guidelines and respect restricted areas.

8. User Content & Permissions

• You represent and warrant that you have the rights to the content you submit (text, images, audio/video, and other materials) and that it does not infringe any third-party rights
• You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and adapt your submitted content solely to deliver, operate, and maintain the Services (including formatting, resizing, and technical processing)
• You are responsible for ensuring content is lawful, accurate, and appropriate for the visibility level you choose

9. Acceptable Use

You may not use our Services for:

• Unlawful, infringing, hateful, harassing, deceptive, or privacy-violating content
• Attempts to disrupt the site, access others' data, scrape private content, or bypass security measures
• Uploading malware or harmful code
• Commercializing public tragedies or exploiting real-world disasters for personal gain

10. Intellectual Property

All site materials (design, graphics, code, trademarks) are owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable law. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your violation of these Terms, your content, or your use of the Services.

• You may stop using the Services at any time
• We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, infringed rights, or created risk to users, the Services, or third parties
• Upon termination, certain sections (including Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification) will continue to apply

17. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including venue restrictions, service outages, natural disasters, governmental actions, pandemics, or other force majeure events.

18. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict-of-law rules). Courts located in Ordos, Inner Mongolia, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services.

Before filing a formal dispute, we encourage you to contact us directly so we can attempt to resolve the matter informally.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates the current version. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you (e.g., via email or a notice on our website).
