Qiyuan Memorial is a fully digital platform. All services are delivered electronically — no physical shipping is involved. This page explains what you'll receive, how, and when.

1. No Physical Shipping
All Qiyuan services are digital. There are no physical products, no shipping fees, no postal delivery, and no customs or import duties. Everything is delivered to your email or accessible via your memorial page link.
2. What You Receive After Purchase
Depending on what you ordered, here is exactly what will be delivered to you:

3. Delivery Timelines
- Memorial pages (free or paid): reviewed and live within 24 hours of submission. You'll receive the page link via email.
- Virtual offerings (lamps): digital confirmation sent within 24 hours of purchase.
- Cultural dedications & plaques: documentation delivered within 48 hours after the service is fulfilled at the venue.
- Festival or specific-date requests: the 48-hour documentation window starts after the fulfillment date. We'll confirm the schedule by email before proceeding.
4. How Digital Delivery Works
All deliverables are sent to the email address you provided during checkout or memorial creation.
- Memorial page link: a direct URL to your live memorial page
- Digital confirmation: an email confirming your offering, with service details
- Photo documentation: photo attachments or a PDF document sent via email
- Written confirmation: a note describing the service completed, date, and location
- Receipts: donation receipts or venue receipts attached to the email
All delivery emails are sent from support@qiyuanmemorial.com. If you don't see an email, please check your spam or junk folder.
5. Fees & Charges
No shipping fees. No handling fees. No hidden charges. The price you see on the service page is the total price. All delivery is included.
Payments are processed securely through Shopify's checkout system. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods available in your region.
6. Global Availability
Because all services are digital, Qiyuan is available worldwide. There are no geographic restrictions on creating memorial pages or purchasing offerings.
- Memorial pages can be created from any country
- Offerings can be purchased from any location with internet access
- Documentation is delivered via email regardless of your time zone
- Memorial pages are accessible globally according to your privacy settings
7. When Photo Documentation Is Not Available
Some venues restrict photography during cultural services. When this happens, we provide alternative documentation instead:
- Written confirmation describing the service completed
- Official receipt from the venue or service provider

8. Didn't Receive Your Delivery?
If you haven't received your expected delivery:
- Check your spam or junk folder for emails from support@qiyuanmemorial.com
- Verify the email address you entered during checkout or memorial creation
- Contact us via our contact page or WhatsApp
We respond to delivery inquiries within 12 hours. If we cannot deliver the service as described, we will issue a full refund.
9. Refund for Non-Delivery
If we fail to deliver your memorial page link, digital confirmation, or documentation within the stated timeframe, you are entitled to a full refund. You may also cancel before fulfillment for a full refund.
